Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes when and how Olympus AI LLC issues refunds for Chiron Trainer subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
Free Trial
All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. No charge is applied during the trial period. Cancel before your trial ends and you will not be billed. No refund is needed for trial cancellations.
Annual Plan — 15-Day Refund Guarantee
To qualify:
- Your request must be submitted within 15 days of the original purchase date;
- Email support@chirontrainer.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account;
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refund requests submitted after the 15-day window may be denied at Olympus AI LLC's sole discretion. We may issue partial or pro-rated refunds in exceptional circumstances, but are not obligated to do so.
Monthly Plan
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.
Annual Plan Renewals
If your Annual Plan renews automatically and you wish to cancel, submit your refund request within 15 days of the renewal charge. Renewal refunds follow the same process as new purchases.
Ineligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Monthly plan subscriptions (any billing period);
- Annual plan requests submitted more than 15 days after purchase;
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service;
- Dissatisfaction with AI responses where the Service otherwise functioned as described;
- Repeated or abusive refund requests.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before disputing a charge — we are happy to resolve billing issues directly and promptly. If a payment dispute is opened, we may pause your account access while the dispute is pending. We will not permanently suspend accounts for good-faith billing disputes. Accounts that are found to have engaged in fraudulent chargeback activity may be terminated.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase governs your refund eligibility.
